Authentication tokens are signed and validated securely. Passwords, when set, are stored using strong one-way hashing — never in plain text.
Database connections and internal services are isolated within our infrastructure. We continuously review access controls to limit who can view production data.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and is needed to provide our services. Your profile, connections, referrals, and related records are kept until you request account deletion and we complete the deletion process.
After account deletion is confirmed, we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g. payment or tax records).
6. Sharing of data
We do not sell your personal data. Limited sharing occurs with service providers (email delivery, payment processing, hosting) strictly to operate the platform, and with other members only as you choose (e.g. profile visibility to connections).

You may access and update your profile in the member portal. You may request account deletion at any time via our Delete Account page.
