You must be a business professional or representative acting in a professional capacity. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account access.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, spam, or solicit members inappropriately
• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorisation
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Paid membership fees, event access, and related charges are described on the membership page. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Referrals shared on the platform are professional introductions. Nashik IT Association does not guarantee business outcomes. Members are responsible for their own due diligence and commercial agreements.

Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Nashik IT Association or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it as needed to operate the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time via the Delete Account page.

Nashik IT Association is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or member interactions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
